March 2026 Product Update

We've made a lot of changes recently! Here's what's new to help your compliance team move faster and find what they need with less fuss.

🔍 Search just got smarter

You can now search for customer profiles using your own identifiers: customer numbers, badge numbers, member numbers or whatever else you want to use. No more jumping between systems to track someone down. If you're using our CherryHub integration, this is live now. We'll be rolling it out to everyone over the coming weeks.

📋 See the full picture of any Workspace at a glance

The Workspace List now shows you the Entities involved, the creation date, and current status all from the main list view. Whether it's an investigation, a CDD process, or a payment review, you'll know exactly what a Workspace is about before you open it.

🏷 Simpler AML categorisation with Tags & Filtering

Managing customers across PEP matches, adverse media flags, and ID verification outcomes just got easier. You can now tag Entities with specific AML screening results. BNDRY's automation handles the heavy lifting on confirmed matches, but you have full flexibility to add your own. One-click filtering then lets you instantly isolate any group you need.

🕸 Uncover connections in investigations more easily

Investigations rarely involve just one person. The updated Workspace view now makes it easy to see primary subjects, link newly identified parties on the fly, and surface existing relationships between them so you can spot potential connections without digging around manually.

📂 One view for all Activity across your organisation

The new Activities tab gives you a single, chronological feed of everything logged across BNDRY, not just per-entity. Filter by activity type (every SMR submitted, every AML screening run) across your whole organisation in one place. Your audit trail is now fully organised and searchable.

🗄 Keep things tidy and archive unneeded Workspaces & Activity Logs

Mistakes happen. You can now archive accidental logs and redundant Workspaces to keep your environment clean and focused on what matters.

🛠 Under the Hood

We've also made some smaller improvements to the way BNDRY works including:

• Activity Logs now have a Refresh button to pull in the latest results from Automations
• Creating Workspaces will no longer prompt you to share it with an external user by default
• Pinned fields have been updated to match the new Tags design, configurable by Admins in Settings
• New Entity icons based on entity type, reducing visual clutter and avoiding confusion with risk rating labels
• Simplified header actions mean a cleaner layout that doesn't compete with status colours and labels
• Mobile layout improvements for anyone using BNDRY on the go
• Archived Entities replaces "Deleted Entities" to better reflect the soft-delete, reversible nature of archiving in BNDRY
